Players age by one year every 3 months (a season lasts 3 months).
All players have their birthdays on the same day to keep things simple.
The birthday dates are:

Players wages are recalculated on their birthdays. So, if you
have players who have improved during the last three months be prepared
for your wage bill to increase.

When a player reaches 33 years old he will start to lose skill
points.
On his 33rd birthday he will lose 2 skill points. So a
player who has a total of 25 skill points at 32 will drop to 23
skill points on his 33rd birthday.
On his 34th birthday he will lose 4 skill points. So the same
player above will now drop to 19 skill points.
On his 35th birthday and above he will lose 5 skill points. The player
above will now drop to 14 skill points.
The only skill which does not go down is the players awareness.
This is not a physical attribute and is something that a player
retains throughout his career.
