For those teams taking players on loan into their squad this feature allows them cover for injuries
or suspensions.
For those teams who are loaning out players it allows players who would otherwise not be
playing to get involved in matches. This may lead to improved skill levels, fitness and confidence
for the player.
The following rules apply to all player loans.
All player loans are for a maximum four week duration at the end of
which the player returns to their original team.
A team can recall a player from loan as long as he is not in the starting
line-up for the team he is loaned to.
Teams are limited to a maximum of three active loans at any one time. There is no restriction regarding
how many player loans can be made to the same receiving team.
The team who takes the player on loan will pay his wages for the duration of the loan.
Both teams pay a loan arrangement fee to 4-3-3.com equal to the players weekly wage.
Players returning from a loan may not be loaned out again for a further two weeks.
Newly purchased players can not be immediately loaned out but have to have been
at their new club for at least four weeks.
Players returning from a loan period can be immediately sold if required.
